Every job new or remodel, residential or commercial have their own individual characteristics and/or requirements.. We look at the scope of work and man hours involved rather than a square foot price.We have square foot pricing but we typically use that for ballpark indicator on most jobs. Therefore, to be fair to all parties we spend a little bit of our own time doing some preliminary research in-order to discover and verify AS-BUILT conditions to further clarify scope of work.
